Garden Office

Here is one of our Completed Garden offices.With working from home and wanting to separate work from the house, our customer wanted a bespoke garden room/office including a storage room (right hand side) to utilise as much space as possible. With an EPDM rubber roof on top and cladded using composite cladding, this will be a long lasting build with very little maintenance required.

EPDM Garage Roof

This is a new EPDM Rubber Roof replacement, joined to the neighbours felt roof using a termination bar. This modern clean look not only looks better aesthetically, the membrane has a life expectancy of 50 years. With one of the first rubber roofs installed in America over 65 years ago it is still doing its job to date.

Fascia & Soffit Replacement

Here is one of our new UPVC Fascia installations with a tongue and groove soffit that adds an pleasant detail to the roofline. With up to a 15 year manufacturers warranty on white fascia and soffit (10 years for foiled fascia and soffit) you have piece of mind against discolouration and warping. A great alternative to traditional timber fascia and soffit as this vertually requires no maintenance.

Composite Cladding

Composite Cladding installed here to replace the old white UPVC shiplap. With a new breathable felt and new battens installed this cladding really brightened up this home and added a bit of modernisation to it.
